Meet Our Team
A Collaborative, Flexible Approach to Care
At Aspiring Families, our clinicians work collaboratively to support children, teens, and families in Del Mar and throughout San Diego County. We are a private-pay practice that offers both in-person sessions at our Del Mar office and secure telehealth services for families across California.
As a multidisciplinary team, we bring together expertise in family systems therapy, child and adolescent development, neurofeedback, expressive arts therapy, and psychological assessment. Our private-pay model allows us to provide thoughtful coordination between providers and highly personalized care tailored to each family’s needs.
Many families in coastal San Diego value the depth and connection that in-person therapy provides, while others appreciate the flexibility of telehealth when schedules require it. We work with you to determine the format that best supports your goals.
